The selection of grapes takes place first in the vineyards with the grapes-pickers and then at the winery, where the unwanted grapes are removed on the selective table.

 

  

As for the winemaking process, we use modern and efficient equipment; the temperature control and the preservation of colours, flavours and tastes remain our priorities. The oak ageing, exclusively in French barrels, will enable the slow evolution of our most full-bodied and tannic wines.
